The Advocates for the North Mill Pond (ANMP) is a neighborhood 501c3 association formed in 1997 with the purpose of protecting, conserving, and enhancing the North Mill Pond and its surrounding neighborhoods. ANMP considers the pond an asset to the city of Portsmouth.
